Good, I'm glad you came to this page!

There are some remedies that can work for you

or against you...depending on your biochemistry.

This means that you can respond or react to a herb or nutrient

differently to someone else. For this reason, there are often

conflicting reports about the same product. It is also important

not to take an excess amount of anything, thinking that

more is better - you can be so sorry you did!

THIS PAGE IS COMMENCING AUG/SEP 2016

I CAN'T POSSIBLY COVER EVERYTHING BUT HERE ARE A FEW

IMPORTANT ONES YOU SHOULD KNOW.

MSM: Friend or Foe?

MSM has been one of the most well researched supplements ever that has a good profile of therapeutic benefits but taking a big dose of it (in crystals or powder form) can cause Insomnia, Bad Dreams and other adverse reactions. Usually insomnia is due to taking it in late afternoon of evening – morning is best. Other side effects can be experienced by detoxing your body too quickly. This can and does occur when taking too higher doses – so the amount that suits someone else may NOT be right for You!

Please keep in mind the very first thing you must do with MSM is to start with very small doses, especially if you are considering the use of crystals or powder (in water).

MSM, or methyl-sulfonyl-methane, is a natural form of sulfur found in all living organisms and is present in our body's fluids and tissues, in milk, fruits, vegetables, and grains. Although MSM occurs naturally in foods, even moderate food processing destroys most of it. Plants, animals and humans need sulfur for a wide variety of biological processes. MSM is a source of biological sulfur, which is a major component in many of the body's proteins, tissues, and enzymes. MSM helps form the bonds that link connective tissue together. MSM benefits the growth and texture of nails and hair, and increase elasticity of the skin.

These are a few adverse reports after taking 1500 MSM and 2000 Vitamin C, yet the same supplement has helped a lot of people.

Has anyone else experienced insomnia whilst on these two supplements? My sleeping has gone awful lately. I can barely sleep feel very on edge and cant stay awake at work all since starting on these two.

I am going through the same thing right now. I started taking Vit C and MSM about a week now, oh boy!......I go to bed like 5 in the morning and I wake at 8 to feed the baby and I can't go back to sleep. Sometimes i am really hyper and clean the house from top to bottom but today I feel like I crashed, very tired but still can't SLEEEEP!!!

Take MSM around noon and you should be fine. I'm actually taking high doses and I sometimes have to deal with headaches, diarrhea, nauseous, and at times I feel very bloated. Please drink plenty of water cause my mouth tends to feel dry a lot.

Be careful with MSM as much as it give good results, it also comes with its side effects.

Take it at lease 4 hours before bedtime (small dose).

I was wondering how long the MSM lasts in the body? i notice if I take it after 1pm I am up alllll night.. but if I take it around 10am then i can wind down by 2am

If you are reacting to MSM, I'd just drop it. It can compete with calcium and potassium, both of which can affect sleep. It can always be added back once other things get balanced.

I have read that MSM is acidic and can make body acidic. So I was wondering...... were you doing any kind of alkalizing while on MSM protocol?

I like the effects of MSM+VitaminC. Just want to make sure, I am on the right track. But I think, I should take breaks from this too. Like, not take it on weekends. 5 days on and 2 days off approach.

Please be aware there is a marked difference between

FOLATE and FOLIC ACID

One is Beneficial to your health, the other is Dangerous!

Please be Informed.

Folate vs. Folic Acid.pdf

(PDF — 234 KB)

Among other things, Cancer-Risk is indicated with the use of Folic Acid.

It is not Natural, it is highly Synthetic!

Two things to watch for are these:

1. The Medical Profession often rejects Cautions made by their own Scientists

that come up from time to time.

2. Some Natural Health promoting Companies are ignorant of the above information

and some actually compromise – believe it or not!

So read the packets carefully.

Try not to be unsuspecting and keep informed in Natural Health matters.

This is necessary because so often we are presented with

that which is genuine and that which is counterfeit

in a world of greed and lies

and more accurate FACTS!
